Vietnam from Head to Toe with Swiss Life

The Brief: 

The Swiss Life Group is the largest life insurance company of Switzerland and one of Europe’s leading comprehensive life and pensions and financial services providers, with approximately CHF 232.6 bn of assets under management.

The Execution

We created a custom bespoke trip itinerary for more than 30 Swiss Life employees and their spouses who got to  discover all the natural treasures and special moments in Vietnam in a jam-packed 5-day, 4-destination trip of a lifetime. We ushered them from Hanoi, Halong, Danang and Saigon in private planes and luxury buses, all the while partaking in the best sightseeing, featured cuisine and special activities unique to Terraverra guests.

As they arrived in political capital of Hanoi, we took them on a city tour before ending the first day at a special welcome dinner in the forest, complete with Moi Chau singing, a Vietnamese traditional performance. From there, guests enjoyed a luxury cruise in Halong Bay, including dinner in a cave with a Filipino live music band, magic performance and saxophonist. A private seaplane took the group to Danang for a themed dinner at The Field which also featured an Ao Dai and Apsara dance. A Hoi An walking tour was followed by sunset cocktails and canapes on another opulent cruise. In bustling Saigon, guests were taken on a food tour via Vespa. Standout details were in the exclusive wine we flew in to serve at every dinner. 

Arranging the exclusive private transportation for the group from Halong Bay back to Hai Phong and then to Danang was a brief challenge. Although it was a group of 40, there were only 2 seaplanes available and each plane could only hold 10 passengers. To ensure smooth trip, we coordinated multiple flights.
