Successful Premiere of the German Ball

The Brief:

German Ball 2013 was hosted by GBA, AHK Vietnam and TerraVerde, with the appearance of 300 guests, who are CEOs and top of executive managers of top companies. After a year of carefully planning and preparation, the exquisite gala dinner with fantastic music and dance movement were finally held in InterContinental Asiana Saigon. The guests literally enjoyed wonderful activities of the night such as the open dance floor, 4-course gala dinner by the executive chef. Furthermore, we also offer a special lounge where guest can chill, enjoy top – class cigar and premium champagne.

Challenges:

Because this is the first ‘German Ball’, there are many new challenges that we have to cope. It took about a year only to brainstorm the idea, build up program and arrange the flow of the preparation. Hosting this type of exclusive ball for the first time with limited scale, finding sponsors is one of the biggest challenges for TerraVerde. Although we still experience confusing moments and unsettled things; in overall, TerraVerde team successfully execute the Ball to the highest standard possible.

Execution:

The highlight activity of the night is the opening dance. The esteemed guests of honor of the year will begin the most magical part of the evening by opening the dance floor to all the guests. Starting with an elegant waltz with Classical Orchestra; Stylish, funky, fresh with Ladies Band Princess Cut and revive the legendary of music with Backhaus Music Company.
